How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and accessories are non-returnable.
How do I determine my size?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate various designers, we recommend checking the specific measurements provided to ensure the perfect fit.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, SASnola ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations soon.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay for accelerated checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
